Now thats creepy!
Coffee Break #6 - Where did that hour go?!!
Jeeper!
Sorry - did not know they were showing!
Ohhh there is a 'twinkling' in the rapture; that must have been what the fuss was about. I'm with you ge1836, ninja skills at the ready to defend my dahlias. I'm taking tubers with me when I go.
I am taking my epis with me. LOL
Oh not to rub it in but we are enjoying our 2nd 80 degree day down here in Northeastern Florida.
I had to take the plastic off my epi house in was 100 degrees in there
well so wren.... well so... well so wren...I can.... curl better than you HA!. (Crap I don't have a come back. It's -21F and snowing AGAIN!) Man that's luvly and toasty sounding.
Dear Dahlia just come on down I can find a place for you to park and I have a lovely yard that needs a lot of work. You can have half of it to plant dahlias in-that is after you get rid of the bumper crop of weeds that survived our freezes.
Weeds even survive our freezes up here. I found creeping charlie happily growing under a big rock in winter.
Is that the pervert guy?
Stalker. Should be on America's most un-wanted.

Add Dollar weed and Knot weed and oxlis on the most un-wanted list.
Creeping bellflower (Campanula rapunculoides) grrrrrrrrrr.
and creeping buttercup (ranunculus repens).
B- AH!! Ha ha ha ha!! Victor! I just re-read what I wrote with your dirty mind. You bad boy!
Wow - you can read using my dirty mind?!!
watch what you think!
Good thing most of us are attuned to the 'twinkling'.

Ooh - thanks, dnut.
Can't stand 'pasture' grass. Moral--don't make beds in a former pasture. Really there was no place else. Don't think that poisen ivy is among my favorites, either.
Oh! You guys have given me so many laughs this morning!
Me too! But the weeds are pains----as soon as the snow melted, that's all you could see in the gardens---looks like chickweed to me. Wren---FL is really heating up! Have to go to the dentist this morn---it never snows when you want it to snow!
I hate whatever the weeds are that blow up seeds in your face when you go to pull it... I call it the insult to injury weed
dandelion?
no... tall and skinny...lots and lots of seeds to shoot out at you... and I mean shoot at you... if I am not paying attention they always scare the crud out of me
Hmmmmmm .....
mystery weed to me. I bet Victor knows.
Did anyone else get the Garden Crossing email today? I am in love with the ruffled heuchera. Has anyone else tried them?
i have just been deleting those... don't want to look... I know there was an article about weeds a while back I will go look
gallesfarm thought it was purslane
http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/845511/
whatever it is... it's the worst... the second you touch it ... it fires seeds everywhere... i am talking like 3 feet... slaps me in the face every time
I don't think it's that one though... it's taller and skinny... if I remember this year I will take a picture of it
the ones who don't garden around here... really must think i am nuts... pulling weeds and jumping back when they hit me in the face... gotta pull them out of my hair... man do i hate those
Don't think I have that - luckily. I am not looking at GC. Trying not to order from them at all this year.
Serious business.

Giggle Gas?
interesting story victor
my wife was just today telling me that in needed to schedule a colonoscopy since i turned the magic number - told her there were less invasive tests - she replied that for my health someone should really eyeball my colon because someone is up there talking back
DH calls them 'barking spiders'.
might have to mention that tonight if she has stopped laughing by then - she really got a kick out of herself
