Mealy bugs

Does anyone know if there is a systemic insecticide to get rid of mealy bugs? I dab with alcohol daily or spray the hard to reach places in the case of cacti, but them are still driving me nuts. I have had them for years and just when I think I'm winning they are back again. HELP.
