l planted this Allamanda about 9 months ago, and recently noticed 2 new shoots close to the main stem. The 1st one is about 9 inches tall, and the 2nd shoot about 4 inches. Are these suckers, can l grow new plants from them?
PS: I can't seem to reply to threads l've begun, sorry, not being rude!
(l use my mobile maybe thats why)

Alamanda suckers?
Probably. You can layer them so they have roots before you cut them off the main plant. When they get long enough to reach the ground plus several inches, bend them down and bury a small section in the soil. Use a small rock or a wire bent into a hook to keep them anchored and under the soil. After that buried portion has rooted, cut it loose from the main plant and plant it out as a separate plant.
