How about the candy in the jar????? I had a cockatiel, don't want another. He used to whistle at the dogs and annoy them, now he's annoying my daughter. I like ficus because they grow pretty fast, but they do get big.

Funny, You want me to sent you the candy or the birds. LOL

I just want a good home for the tree, I grew it from a 6" pot and a rescue from the dumpster 12 years ago.

About 30 years ago I had a Ficus tree that got too big for my house so I gave it to a "friend." She told me a week later that she had sold it for $35!

Maybe I should wait till the annual yard sale, that everyone does on my road once a year. Never thought of that, Thanks.
More money more little plants. Good Idea.

You could always chop it down, root the cutting. and sell them and build a huge flight cage with the best looking cutting (or mother plant) growing in it.

edited to say: then you could share the candy with us!!

You might consider posting it on craigslist.com in your area... It's like an online rummage sale! You can ask a certain price or offer free to good home. I know I'm always watching craigslist for plants in my area... Good luck!
