Hi folks, I'm kicking off early as it's the middle of the morning here!
We came from here:

A little series of a Chaffinch waiting to get a seed from under the Pheasant's nose/beak. 4 pics.
DAILY PICS VOL. 179
Great pics Janet! I love seeing such a size difference!
Thanks for starting the new thread. :-)
Nice pic cb!
chaffinch is a brave little bird.
love those shots
Aww..he is beautiful knip!
The Chaffinch is a very quiet little bird, it's all in the approach! Thanks pelle and onewish1, it's about the only entertainment I get in this weather! Very good captures pelle!
The Magpie is very elusive, it sees the slightest movement when I try to get it through the window even from a good distance, then I feel sorry I have frightened it off! Another size comparison with the Blackbird.
doesn't that make you nuts???... I know I get nuts when they don't stand still
off to a good start today... keep em coming
Certainly does make me nuts onewish1, I have a few shots of a Magpie in my garden but have yet to get a good one!
This is amusing, out my front window. A male House Sparrow picked up this bit of weed, possibly for nest lining but dropped it. Shortly after some females picked it up too, two at once! I wonder if he was teaching young ones how to nest build.
Nice pics everyone!
Great pics all of them...Pelle I love that woodpecker sticking his tongue out!!! What a great shot!!
Pretty Yellow-rumped Warbler!
The Lesser Goldfinch has such pretty colors~
The shot of the Song thrush is real nice quality for through a window I think!!
Love the pheasant shot!!
A Cardinal sitting pretty~
I like your Cardinal and Nuthatch luvs!
