I planted a Ciylostoma, Purple Trumpet Vine, about 5 years ago in full sun. The foliage is always lush & green, but it has never bloomed. I tried cutting it back & the lush foliage came back, but still no blooms. What's wrong?

That is weird indeed. Try feeding it a bloom booster type of food.
They're usually pretty free flowering w/o a lot of fuss.
Did you mean to write "Clytostoma" ?
