GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD MORNING TO ALL.................
۞ Sweet Interruptions ۞101
Night Cody....had to go pick up my son in law from work....his car is in the repair shop.
Good morning!
Marion, sorry to hear the crud caught up with you. Hope it's only a mild case.
Oh, the dining room chairs and bar stools were delivered yesterday. They are so pretty! Can't wait for the dining room table to get here. Off to work on my quilting class blocks. Have a great day everyone. Hope those of you not feeling well or dealing with pain find relief soon.
Good morning ladies. It sounds like so much is going on with everyone. Thanks to those who joined in the room yesterday. I'm still trying to work out the logistics on how to promote and execute this. I'll post something later to get your thoughts. You're input is a must.
Cathy, Cathy, Cathy. Sounds like your feeling great. Glad to hear youre pain free. HOWEVER, YOUR SUCH A BAD, BAD GIRL, DOING A MAJOR NO-NO. Be very careful and not over do it. Pain or no pain, we want you around. (Yes, I'm selfish that way)
Susan, I would love to have your kids over. Maybe they could be role models for mine. Everything was great wth them and we did everything together, that was until I started charging my 20 yr old son rent, and then all went to hell. He's a great person, but has this cocky attitude, I pay rent so I can do what I want. UMMM, DON'T THINK SO. He's getting married and will be moving out in June. Can't wait for him to see what life is really like.
And Deborah, you totally out did yourself, you sweet thing.
Jaye, (not intending that you have the same problem, just sharing my story) 3yrs or longer ago I was a junkaholic. Eating anything and everything. I weighted 210lbs. THEN, one day right after I ate a bag of M&M's everything seemed weird, looked weird, I felt weird, and I was so exhausted and tired. Seriously, NOT being able to walk. All my muscles hurt. After shrugging it off for a few weeks and playing "trial and error" with what could be causing this, I went and bought a blood glucose meter. (Ugh, the price is insane).
I did a blood test when I was feeling weird and my blood sugar had dropped down to 57. Well, not knowing what to do, I went to the hospital. There they explained to me what low blood sugar does, how to prevent it and what's it called, HYPOGLYCEMIC. Who knew, not me.
To keep the story short, I went to the Doc to do a Glucose test and within 2 and half hours, my blood sugar dropped to 50. Oh, that was real bad! From that moment, I swore off all sweets, all artificial sweetners, simple carbs, and caffeine.
When I started enjoying more fruits and veggies, chicken and fish, I dropped over 40lbs within a few months and everyone was worried about me. Well, it wasn't easy, I was tired, exhausted, missed quite a bit of work so I could sleep, BUT it was worth every bit of my time.
I feel so much better, look at food differently and spend more time paying attention to what I put in mouth and how it makes me feel.
Yes, it's true. I ONLY drink water and some days I can't get enough of it. I LOVE PB and APPLES!!!!!!!! Extra Crunchy JIF my fav. I do have to be careful as this has a lot of sugar but I do enjoy and sometimes regret my love with PB. lol
OK, finished with Novel. I'll be back later today. Hubbies home today and is insisting I clean house. YES, UGHH, the dreaded house work. I hate it so much. ANYONE WANT TO COME OVER AND HELP? HOUSE WORK IS SOOOOOOO MUCH FUNNER WHEN DONE WITH FRIENDS! LOL
OH, MARION, I'm so sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I hate the crud. It seems to take forever to get over it.
Take care and get plenty of rest. EAT AN APPLE AND CALL ME IN THE MORNING! lol.
Yes, seriously, you can call me.
Lisa
Morning All,
Well I stopped reading my book around 12:30 last night and I slept well....I have to start wrapping my things and get to the post office soon...
Marion I am sorry you are not feeling will
We were very lucky with all the boys and yes they did things wrong and stuff but not to much drama.. My one son Matt who joined the Marines in HS thought that well he did not have to listen to us anymore so we had allot of fights... I don't mean like fist fights just allot of yelling.... Well one night he waited until his dad went to work and boy did we get into it.... I told him to get out and not come back well allot happened that night but he got the point that is was our way or the highway... he left and I cried ... Changed the locks on the doors the next day...LOLOL I am mean huh... Well he was allowed to move back in the house on the 4 th day after his dad told him don't talk to me your the one who messed with your mother you go begging to her and if you are smart you'll shut your mouth and do allot of crawling .... It was our way and he did behave after that... He did ask his Marine Officer if he could move in with him until after school and I am thankful for him as he could have let him but he told Matt if I were you mother I would have taken you and really let you have it and also he was not getting into with his mom as he said yours is scary she may come here to beat me....LOLOL He still does not have a key to the house..LOLOL So kids are funny... I have found that all of mine are Mama boys and it is mostly ok... I had to learn lately to put my foot down again and it is much better... Now my youngest son Mike has moved out but comes home Thursday night and he is a little mouthy but will calm down and say he is sorry... Oh well such is life...
You know it could be that my meds were messing with my head as I had not been really taken my morning pills much in the last couple weeks... So today I start again...
Also wanted to tell you something my doctor told me...They took nine tubes of blood from me and you know yad yad yad... but the did tell me that I was very low on vitamin D and said 9 out of 10 people are so he put me on a pill I take once a week .... He said that alone could help the pain in my joints... Today is the 3rd time I am taking it so time will tell... I am not flaring now so it is hard to tell if it helping..
I am also going to try to stop smoking here really soon and I will need all of your help.... We just got a juicer and we are going to play with that over the weekend....
Ok for someone who said they can't type but did I lie....
Hugs and Love,
Susan who is out of shell and smiling...
Lisa-Jaye is Diabetic-just an FYI
Jaye-I tried calling you yesterday too-I tried calling everyone whose # I had to get Judy's to get Betty's as the mean man at the UPS store wouldn't let me put in my # and said he wouldn't ship Betty's pkg without her #-I wanted to jump over the counter and poke his eyes out!!LOL And I will be mailing you a package on Monday:) You must be honest if you like them all and you must post pics:)
Cathy-please mark the thread that mom gave you the link for to watch it-it does give you dates and info for all swaps-and please be careful mixing things-I know it feels good to be pain free, but don't want you to end up in the hospital with something worse!!
Debra-Can't wait to see photos of your new goodies!! Don't you LOVE the smell of new furniture!!
Donna-well, even though it isn't GREAT news, it is very GOOD news!! I do hope the pres economic stimulus pkg is approved since part of it is an incentive for those about to loose a house!! I know that would help you out A LOT!!! Too bad you don't live close to me-I need a cut and die BADLY!!!
Susan-no woories-sometimes we don't have much to say either, just kinda ramble on and on.....
I did get to have a convo with Judy, ANd Deb yesterday and a little one w/ BJ, Marion & LK-and I told Deb that there WOULD be consequences if I don't get to give her a hug large enough to release a nuclear explosion in May!!
Marion you better get to feeling better soon, darn it!
I am Hypoglycemic, Dave is Hypoglycemic, my mom's hypoglycemic, my step-dad's hypoglycemic and I'm sure there are more in our families that are too. We eat pretty much what we want and don't have too much of a problem with it, we just can't go hungry for any length of time or we all get cranky, same with Dave. I can't eat any type of food that is sugar or has sugar in it, such as pastries, sweet cereal, deserts, etc. before I have a meal or I'll pass out.
Cathy I didn't mention before but mixing all of that stuff together is dangerous. I'll mix a little bit of alcohol with two Excedrin but that's about as far as I'll take it. It is great you were out of pain though, now if you can find the same sort of concoction in a prescription medicine form lol!
Well, I best get my tail in the shower, I've done my cramping and pooping for the day hopefully. Dave left a JC Penney ad out that's a big crock pot, probably a $40.00 one, on sale at 75% off so I'm going to go get it! I'm going to get my nails done too and I have to go shopping at walmart. Have a great day everyone and I'll see ya'll later!
Good Saturday Morning all my sistah peeps. !!!
Well... Mike went to work with Don today... LOL... little does he know what he's gotten himself into... Don puts in Long, Long days... Left around 9:30 this morn, and won't get home till around 12:30 tonight... after about the first 4 hours, all the "wide eyed" reaction will be past, and he'll be soooo bored. But, I did have him take his homework with him, and Don told him he'd have a place set up for him to use his laptop. He will be one poor little whooped puppy when he gets home though. I did pack 3 lunch boxes full of foods, cause that boy can sure eat... and I didn't want him going hungry.
I'm going to Walmart to pick up a few things, then on to Lowes to get some more seed starting soil... then home to get some more seeds started... then I'm going to play with some clay...
I'll check in later.
Jaye, and Marion... please take care of yourselves... get well ... ok?
Crissy... no more pills and booze at the same time, ok?
Fairy Fingers... hows it going with you staying home now? Feeling kinda like a "housewife" yet?
Debra... show us a pic of those new chairs and bar stools...
Deborah... I actually saw butterflies in my yard yesterday... don't know why, because I don't have anything blooming right now that would attract them. How's your sewing projects turning out?
Trisha... I think you should start a family cab service, and charge for all those drop offs and pick ups you do for everyone... sheesh, sistah... are you the only one in the family with a car that runs? I know you have a big heart, and I commend you for your efforts to be there for those who need a helping hand... but, dear, you have to learn where to draw the line.
How's MOM feeling?
I know I missed A LOT of people here... sorry... but I have to get myself started here so I can get it all done today.
Good morning all!
Feeling quite okay this morning, and you all know what goes on with us Buffkins on Saturday ;)
BJ, I saw flies out there..so I know the weather's warming up :D I think Don will be acting like a proud papa with Mike around at work!
So sorry Maid M, you now are getting the cruds. You don't need that in your roster! Avoid hugging strange babies please.. I think that's what happened to me. Can't resist touching cute babies!
Susan, you're not a mean Mum. Just one that knows children needs boundaries.
Hope you won't get sick like BJ did, Crissy. There were foods she can't eat, as they would trigger the pain. Thank God BJ's over it!
Hypoglycemics don't run in the family. Diabetes does. Both sides of my family. Maternal grandma had renal failure. Father died from renal failure too. My little niece wears a 'pump.
Lisa2, my pancreas is not secreting enough hormones ~ insulin and glucagon ~ into the bloodstream to regulate blood glucose concentration.
Hence I can't take any oral meds., but insulin in the form of Humalog and Lantus. I stay away from anything with sugar, and right now I'm off white rice, white bread and white potatoes, and anything made with processed flour. Even some fruits with high amounts of fructose, I stay away from. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.
A very strict diet, but because of the amount of insulin I'm taking plus other meds, one major side effect is weight gain. Sadly there are teenagers that will risk their lives, not taking insulin for weeks, so they could lose weight. To combat this, I must be a marathon runner!
PTL, I'm still alive!
I can just imagine a sweet fairy fuming with some federal employees!!!! Are you much calmer now? Never heard of phone numbers being a requirement on those forms, especially the receivers'. Did a lot of international mailings. But the postal workers here are not really sticklers to the rules. Moreover niece, I don't have Betty's #. And yes I'll post pics when I get my boxes, and I know I'll love them all!!!!
Synda, hope your hubby is puke-free.
Hi Audrey, Donna, Cody, Debra, Trisha, Cathy!
Any of you sistahs tried out BJ's bread yet? Think Kel's doing it tomorrow. If he does, I'll take a pic of it. He'll be using whole wheat flour, BJ. I know he can eat a whole loaf of bread by himself!
If any of you sistahs haven't seen Deborah's beautiful masterpiece on the 7 mystery swap.. go take a look see. Her work's jaw dropping gorgeous.
Catch you all later!
Morning everyone. Looks like everyone is off and running. And for those of you that are not feeling well, please take care. Warm weather is coming real soon!
Cathy, please don't mix the pills and the booze. It may make you feel better for the moment, but it is doing a lot of damage to you inside. Go back to your Dr, and tell him you need somthing done! Even if that means surgery, you need more relief.
I am off and running too.
Be good everyone!
LK
wow! so hard for me to keep up with you all!
read that someones in pain...and someone is going on a cruise, and Cindy is visiting relatives... LOL! you all are so busy!
I did nothing again yesterday :o( but hoping to do my transplanting today if the rains stay away!
DD got her tattooo on thurs and never even winced! grrr! its really cute, but I cant figure out how to download the photo from my cell phone to puter...so will have to wait for DD to do it for me! LOL! will post a pix once I get the durn thing downloaded.
hope you all have a nice sunny Saturday :o)
{hugs}}
AnjL
Anjl-you have to email it from your phone to your puter...
LK-got it:) You know what I mean I hope..
Jaye-I knew you didn't have Betty's, but I knew you had Judy's and that Judy had Betty's:)
Oh my have I already had a day and a half!!LOL I left about 11 as I had to have Chris's car back by 1 and I had some Cedric stops to make, so first we went to Lake Erie. IT was windy here at home, but no where near as windy as on the lake-got there, and took Cedric up a bluff where I proceeded to fall as the snow went to my knees and I was stupid and didn't test it-then he flew outta my hands and went tumbling a little. Got him and proceeded to the cement things that go out into the water-I guess the pier-sat him on a bench where he went flying in the wind onto and across the beach!! I was chasing a stuffed frog across the beach through the snow!!LOL He is fine, not dirty or anything-but everytime I tried to sit him down to get a pic, the wind took him away, so I finally just held him in my hand-and I hurt my ankle, so after 3 more stops (got a $3 peice of wood to play with and some soil and seed starting plug thingies), I am home and need to put my foot up for a bit-when I told DH when I got home, he immediately started laughing-the first time (yes I said 1st) I fell, I hit the ground and my bladder so hard I almost peed myself!!LOL Oy vay!!
BJ-nope-not yet-I have been doing too much relaxing:)
Afternoon everyone.... ..We stopped at Michael's yesterday. They had a little black cat with a choice of clothes. Sage wanted all of them! She got a pink ballet skirt and pink shoes
with sparkles for her kitty. I told her we would get another outfit for it next payday. On our way down to pick Bill up for dinner she asked we could send her Kitty out to travel like Cedric? I told her she would miss her kitty a lot if we did that. She said yes, but it would get lots of cool clothes!!.....LOL!! That child is always thinking...!!!! right now she is busy putting the window clings from my Valentine swap up on my front window......
At the store we made sure we got everything to make BJ's Bread....will be starting it as soon as we warm up a little.
It is Cold and Foggy.....another inversion burn ban...so no fireplace, Again!
Cathy, please please don't be mixing all those meds with alcohol....that can be sooo bad! And Lisa is right, we are selfish and want to keep you around here. A big Hug....you take care of yourself.
BJ what you working on today? Will get the paper out to you right away!
Be sure and let us know how Mike and Don did today!!!
Bill left for work and called me before he got out of the driveway to go yell at my mother....she has some project going and was carrying something in from the Garage that she obviously had no business dong!!! Don't know if I am going to survive that stubborn woman until her appointment on Tuesday or not! I cannot keep her off her feet!!!!:(......she didn't know if I was up or if I was busy with Sage...she didn't want to bother me........ggrrrrrr!!
As for the car situation last night, not too big a deal....they got their tax refund and Sean drove his car to the shop on the way to work. They thought they would be able to fix it and return it to him at work.....turned out none of the suppliers in town had the part they needed so they had to order it....meant he was stuck at work with no way home.....he has my son's spare car until his is fixed, but it was at home and Laura doesn't drive (yet)..her brother and I have plans to remedy that!!
We are still looking at houses in case the one over on Carlyon doesn't work out....but we are still holding out for that one if possible...ReMax is just waiting to hear back from the owners.
Susan, glad to hear your feeling better today......
Judy Hope you are have a Great Time This Weekend!!!!!!
Marion you take care and get lots of rest.
Stacey I know what you mean about dumb shipping regulations......we had one package in a liquor box......the PO would not ship it, they can't ship liquor.....it is just the stupid box...no liquor....can't do it.....I could put how many bottles in anyother other box not tell them and it would ship....but because it said Vodka on the side of the box all marked out with black marker...they can't take it.....this country really needs to get some of it priorities straight and worry about something that really matters!! When I repacked into another box I was sooo tempted to put in a bottle of booze just out of spite!
Everyone Get well, stay well and take care.....waving to all I have missed....will talk to you later.
tried emailing but not sure which server thingy to use.... hame MMS, pop 3, and phone line ?! grrr! way tooo complicated! DD showed me once, but I forgot :(
My family Dr sent me to this pain specialist. He wouldn't listen when I said the pain in the center of my back was worse than my lower back. He said, well lets try working on the lower back 1st. He gave me nothing for pain to take home, my family dr is in Texas till next week, and the quack taking care of his patients will not give me anything for pain. He gets no money from that, the drug store does.
Its all about the money. DH and I have great insurance that pays for everything, and the doctors see that, and all they see is dollar signs. The longer the doctor can keep you in pain, the longer he can treat you, and the more insurance they can collect.
The only one who has total control of my pain is me. The only one who can make the pain go away right now, is me. I am taking control of my pain and my life.
Cathy
Waving to everyone-don't want to get to close with this hacking and sneezing. I am ready to be over this soon. Well take care all back to the white springs.
Yes Jaye DH is puke free today ,but now momma is doing it and she has a real bad heart one more day of worries. This was my yesterday:
We were up until 7:30 this yesterday morning Finally got a few hours sleep went to town to mail my secret valentine her box and get Rick meds,Get home drug through all of the snow we still have carring everything in,get my shoes off and momma calls to tell me she fell coming in the house after her and my youngest bro got back from therapy on her shoulder that she fell and broke a few months ago,but she fine other that hitting her head and breaking her glasses,no more than hang up the phone from her and my brother Fred calls for me to take him to town to STATCARE because a big piece of steel fell on his leg at work at 8 :30 this morning at which he thought its just bruised so he'd walk it off ,well by the time he got home from work at 5 he couldn't walk on it ,so he thinkin its broke. So grab my shoes and I'm off again.Wait with him at STATCARE till my b%^$#h of a sister in law gets there and so I leave as I know she doesn't want me there. Now we wait by the phone to see what is up with the leg.He calls to tell me they sent him on to the hosp cause the leg is not broken ,but has so much trauma that fluid is building up between the bone and the muscle ,so they have to cut his leg open put in a tube to drain this fluid or it could blow his leg open and damage the muscles, nerves and such.
And my Fibro Dr. tells me to stay as stress free as possible, because stress makes the illness worse......LOL.I told my momma there is not enough xanax in the drug store to be in this family....LOL.
Hey Joyce, glad to hear your having a great time. Post more when you can. Have fun.
LK
Synda, so sorry to hear your having one of those days! Please don't over do it!
Jaye, I had some of the sauce on some chips, and were going to have it with some ribeyes tonight for dinner. It is very good.
LK
Just popping in to say HI!!!! My mom is on dial-up and it is real slow, so I don't post much just reading.
Can't wait to get back home............I'm bored :(
Going out for Mexican food with daughter and family tonight then we are getting up at 4 to be out of here by 5 to go visit my brother tomarrow.
Went to W*M again and again, no motorized chairs! I spoke to a manager Mon. about it and he gave me the runaround. I called Bentonville when I got home! I told them that they had 12 broke down in the back and 3 out front! Three times in a week I couldn't shop 'cause I can't walk! She was very nice, and took my name and add. I was a W*M assoc. for 8 yrs. till my health got bad and I had to retire. I fully expect to hear back about it! I told them the management wasn't much if they couldn't get them fixed.
Most of the employees at the Wal-Mart where I live are STUCK UP. There is only 1 lady that actually smiles and says hi. The door greeters are the worse. They will look anywhere but at you when you first come in the door. If I was one of those "Secret Shoppers" that Wal-Mart would not get a good write up from me, that's for sure. When I worked at K-Mart, Salvation Army and Goodwill I always used the 10 foot rule.
Call 1800WALMART! i HATE TO GO IN A STORE LIKe THAT! Sorry! The door greeters are supposed to be paying attention to the people coming and going! It's their job!
Audrey, our WM is the same way. Never a cart when I need one for Dad. I am always told we have new ones on order, or they are getting fixed, or someone keeps taking them home. My question is what are they paying security for, if they keep taking them home?
LK
Hello ladies
Hope u r enjoying this nice weathher
I know they are. There's one guy who is always cleaning his fingernails YUKKIE, a lady who plays with a hand held game thing, another who stands looking at what is going on way down at the customer service desk.
Ann Marie, your daughter must be one of those rare girls whose threshold for pain is non existant! She'll be any doctors' dream patient!!
Now niece, at least you're not in a dress!!! Imagine how embarrassing that would be. I think Cedric's ego might be bruised .. do frogs have egos?
Trisha, next time we go to Michael's, I'll look for a kitty outfit. Sage sure knows that us women must have a large wardrobe ;) Your Mum was just thinking of you.. that you've done so much for her, and lifting a few stuffs may not harm her :( I know my Mum hated feeling helpless.
Synda, stress is part of living. No more stress when we're 6 foot under!! Most of our stress comes from family!!! Look at Trisha! Lol! No matter how many times we say, we got to watch out for ourselves first, still when family calls, we run ...
Cathy, this country is the only country that I know of with high health costs. When one has insurance, the bill is overinflated, and the treatment is also different. When I broke my leg, the doctor asked whether I'm insured. When I told him no, he suggested to fix my leg the old fashion way. Asked him what's the difference.. well without insurance, he'd set the bones manually then cast it. Cost would be $1,200. All this as outpatient.
If insured, I'd have an overnight stay at a hospital, place some pins.. and cost would be around $12,000.
Audrey and Cindy, I can't complain of our local WMs here. They have been keeping up with the motorized wheelchairs, must be this county here have a record number of disabled people.
How can you be bored at your Mum's Cindy?
Dusty, thank you for letting us know how much 'fun' Cookie's having! So, how many days will she be gone now? And which ports will be she be docking at? At least it's not hurricane season, so.. we won't worry about her too much!
Hi Lisa. Weather here is perfect. I am able to dress in capris and short sleeves for a change. Hope it stays this way forever!!
Maid M., I went 'hog-wild' at a fabric store today!!! But I'm still waiting on a few fabrics that I've ordered online.. Probably by the end of next week, you'll get your FQs, if I don't order anymore!!! It's so therapeutic..
Cody, are you still at WM??? Lol!!

Evening Ladies..
Hi & Huggs to all of you but not to hard Im worn out... I spent almost the entire day working outside today and have a whole weeks worth to go. Finally came inside about 6 to get Max ready to head off to work for his 14 hour shift tonight.. Poor guy really is taking all of this in stride and helping me outside.> I dont know how he does it.. Or where he puts stores the energy.. We got the Christmas Lights taken down finally, weeded the front beds, trimmed my passiflora back out front... Still a few plants to drop in the ground and a bottlebrush to transplant but thats this week. Out back we finished taking down the old mist house and laying out things for the raised beds.. Moved a bunch of pots around and cleaned up more than anything..
Had a Wonderful visit today from Donna V. *Gapeahen* and her DH Roger.. I was outside weeding when they arrived and she was smiling from ear to ear.. I had a wonderful time just hanging out and talking plants. She brought me a few new goodies to play wit hin the gardena and of course I couldnt send her home iwthout a few as well..lol Her batteries died on her camera but no fretts Mx took some wit hhis phone.. I will post them tomorrow since his boss showed up just as he was getting ready to transfer them to the pc.. Grrrrrrr Thanks for the visit Donna it was great meeting you!
Best par tof the day..LOL My dog stole my dinner! Th ekids ate while Max was leaving for work and I made my self a cheeseburger for dinner and put the pan in the sink. The Ice cream man showed up about the same time and Tristen wante dto buy her and Tony Ice Cream with her birthday dollars so I went out with them.. I came back in to find Dusty in her crate licking her lips and my plate on the floor empty.. Was so mad I just shut her crate door and told her she was bad.. Even worse was I had just fed her 30 minutes ago..
Crazy Day anyway..

I DID get my thyme transplanted...even took a pix, but cant get that one to load either! grrr!
Oh Donna!! You get to meet another Donna!!! Can't wait to see pics of that. You need to elaborate on the goodies you got from her!
As for Max, you are indeed so lucky to have him. A treasure there!
It's just a cheeseburger Donna!! Lol!!! Once Kel got some pulled pork, left it in the truck having to pick up some stuffs. When he returned to the truck, there was Lola our Chi, licking her lips!!!! He couldn't figure out how the box was opened, until one day, we watched her pushing her nose up a styrofoam box, trying to get to some hamburger steak!
Ann Marie, get the kids to do it. They're more tecchy savvy than us old ones!!!
oh, sorry if I offended anyone with my joke.

Just got off the phne with my SIL in Ohio..
Prayers please for Max's dad!! He was admitted to the hospital last night and no-one called anyone until this evening. He was out shooting pool and passed out, went into siezures.. His heart rate was 186 and was having chest pains.. Now hes retty doped up but they dont know what damage if any was done yet.. Im axpecting a call back n a few minutes ..
Have a few minutes before I have to leave for Church. Mom's knee is hurting and she is staying home tonight....
