toxic to cats

Cleveland, OH(Zone 6a)

Does anyone know anything about the primrose plant, daffodils or tulips being toxic to cats. A list I found on the internet states they are but also lists a lot of other plants I've had over the years with cats. Help!

I called a vet's office up the street to ask about the daffodils. My cat had been on the kitchen table and there were teeth marks on the daffodil leaves where she had been chewing. I was told they are very dangerous for cats, although she never vomited or showed any other signs.

I've had daffodils and tulips AND cats for at least 35 years with no problems. However, my cats are indoor/outdoor and, given a choice, they have always preferred to chew on green grass and have never bothered the flowers.
