Just wondering when you know it's time to harvest?
Arugula question
Like most leafy greens, whenever the leaves are large enough for your purpose. http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/arugula.htm
Arugula -- like lettuce and spinach-- is a very good cut-and-come-again salad crop. You can get many cuttings from a single sowing. Cut leaves in bunches when they are 2 to 3 inches long--or havest the entire plant. Arugula is susceptible to bolting in hot weather--keep that in mind gong forward. The leaves are more pungent after bolting. Let a few plants bolt to collect your own seed.
