First Timer with Giganteums - got some yellow leaves

Milwaukee, WI

Hi!

A couple of my Giganteum plants are getting yellowish on their bottom leaves. They are just on the bottom 2or 3 out of 12+ leaves on each 8" Plant.

Is this normal? If not, any advice?

Thanks!

Giganteum isn't the plants name. It's a description of it's growth habit.Do you have a picture or another name?

I agree, a picture would really help so we know what plant you're talking about. But in the meantime, yellowing leaves can be a sign of overwatering and overwatering is a very common problem with plants, so that would be the first thing I'd check.

is that cardiocrinum giganteum[himalayan mountain lily]30-50 flowers, sometimes before the plant finishes flowering, the lower leaves start to brown
