I'm looking for info on how to start a Croton from a cutting, or if that is the best way to get a start. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks
Croton plant
Air layering is your best bet. A Google search will tell you exactly how to do that.
As a Greenhouse manager I have had the best luck taking stem cuttings in the spring and using a rooting hormone
takeing my pot filling it with good potting soil, wetting the soil bouring about a 2" deep hole then placing the stems in and firming the soil around stems.
NCButterfly and dp72, thanks for the help. Greatly appreciated. Litchpatch
