I love the way BJ describes our jobs here to Lisa.
Just don't overlook BJ's importance. She'll let her fingers do the walking and check online EVERY conceivable avenues legal or civil... And, she'll make sure too if any of us were to be jailed, she'll grab her favorite pillow and blankie and join us for sure.. Right, BJ??

And Maid M. She's our fortress for sure. Our rock and her arms are ready to enfold us, anytime we need.. telling us all will work out in the end..

Hello all, my it's hard to keep up with this thread, LOL! Debra, that bridesmaid dress is stunning, I couldn't open the bride's dress picture for some reason, but I just installed new virus protection and I probably need to change some settings. Anyway, as for the flowers... that is such a personal choice. People have their own favorites... so my advice is that she should pick what she loves (that's diplomatic, isn't it??!!). However, I do have to say that I would never put orange with that gorgeous pink and brown dress. If it were me, I'd do all shades of pinks. Martha Stewart has lots of beautiful bouquet ideas on her website, go to www.marthastewart.com and then click on "weddings".

We got our two Christmas trees up and decorated yesterday, DH is still out there putting up lights (hooray for him! we're doing a bit more with lights this year than ever before, so I'm excited). I'll post pictures later or tomorrow.

Tia Tina... here's what I did on the log layering... was super easy.
Just cut the brug cutting in logs half way between each node. then I pressed it into the potting soil (nothing special, just plain ole MG potting soil), and pulled the soil up around it a bit, about half way up the sides of the log... don't completely bury the log. Keep them damp, but not soggy.
Give it time... I started to see little peeps of sprouts after about 7 days... then when they got about 4-5" tall, I covered the log completely with soil.
This should give you an idea before I covered the log with dirt.

which one? I know where I will put the brugs they can go in the hall, that way I will remember to give them a drink. I do have some top soil and steer manure mix in the barn, wonder if that would be OK. Might be to heavy.

Ok back..Got my tea stocked up and my sugar..got stuff to make egg salad and tuna salad sandwiches for my lunch..Please plenty of tomatoe soup(Yes I add milk not water)..

Be careful adding the manure to your brugs, you don't want to burn them. Make sure it is well composted.

Jaye, no that's not it. It is cone shaped and sit in a stand, then there's a wooden thing that you hold to mash the fruits.

Oh I have one of those I love it my grandma used to use it and I have her foley food mill too LOL
