I thought that was you lurking...
Garden Photos - Part 43
Victor, I never lurk....I just browse.....
I covet ^_^
That wouldn't pass muster with my wife! Neither would sampling, comparing, studying, etc.
Dahlia and Sherry....both good things, I covet too, and try to not say anything to get Victor stirred up.
And Victor, we already know that your wife has multiple stars on her crown, she puts up with you, doesn't she?? Nothing you say can change what we already know.
(now is the time for running and hiding)
OOPS, sorry about the blurred rhody...just call it impressionistic.

We have different garden tastes, luckily I can do most of what I want.
Deb be glad he sees something unusual in this, you could have married someone who is completely obliveous to anything that grows and has a life.Like my dear SIL.
He is sweet but.
JoAnn, I appreciate him for his other qualities. He did drop me off at Kohl's on Saturday with his credit card and no spending limit.
Hee hee!
He also take you to fall foliage trips. He is definatly a keeper.
I have been unmarried for nearly 45 years but still appreciate gestures like leaving you with his credit card.
What woman wouldn't??
Me. This woman wouldn't. I'd feel terribly guilty.
Where were you all my life?!
Right here ... but older
Always??
Same here...might buy something but would not spend more than $50.00 just doesn't feel right.
Must be a northern thing...
You are so right, Celeste. I hate spending money that belongs to someone else.
Candyce, please tell that to those in DC!
For me, I guess, it's simply good manners.
The only thing I ever asked for that cost more than a 100.00 was my camera.

I've been telling them for years, Victor. They just haven't been listening. Maybe they will now.
I asked for it for Christmas but only after he forgot my Birthday.
Actually, my wife is not a spender either. We're both careful spenders.
I know. I've always saved my own money if I wanted something extra. I'm saving now for a new camera. And for next year's Christmas. And for those little extras to decorate and paint my bedroom. Putting away a few dollars every week isn't hard. It's not spending that extra money that's hard.
Well, I usually don't spend much when he gives it to me, and I stopped at $275, which is a lot more than I usually spend. Not bad considering $100 was for a new down comforter, and $75 was for clothes for him. I told him he's done Christmas shopping for me now. There was a huge sale, and we had a coupon for an additional 30% off the total, so I did really well. DH loves a bargain, so he was happy. The comforter was originally $400. And we can keep the heat lower...
