Keep those fall colors and remaining blooms coming.
I'll use my Washi no o shot from yesterday.
Garden Photos - Part 43
Bev that pond with reflectes rose colors is beautiful.
I saved it in my possible paintings file.
Great reflection shot, Bev.
Very pretty, Bev!
Thanks Louise (from your posting in last thread). Still don't feel any better. Had hopes of spreading mulch today with Dad's help, but I just wasn't up for it. Watched TV, did some reading and took a long nap. I want to get better so I can get some work done outside before everything freezes up.
Bev, I like your yellow leaves and the oaks. The oaks are looking nice here right now, and so are the purple beech and Norway maples. They seem to be turning earlier this year than last. Did we get a late frost last year? I don't remember. Last year the Norway maples were looking like they do now on Thanksgiving. I have pics from last Thanksgiving of fall colors. It was very mild that day, too. My Dad and I took a walk in Plymouth in the morning.

Thanks for asking, I am doing much better today. I did go to the grocery store to do some shopping this morning. The head isn't so stuffy now. I've been trying to stay away from mom. She certainly doesn't need this.
Sorry, Hank is feeling poorly.
Karen, hope you are outside before you know it.
The reflection looks great. Will be looking forward to the painting that results from it.
Our amazing homeopathic vet called us down here to see how Molly is doing, and he recommended we take Esberitox to ward off the flu - or to lessen the impact. It is a highly charged form of echinacea plus. You can bet I'm chewing those little pills while I'm around Hank. I had a horrible month-long case of the flu down here last year, and I do NOT want to repeat that!
Get well and stay healthy, everyone!
PS - Victor, I have tried your gargle method and it worked for me too!
Thanks, Jan, I hope I'm back in the garden soon, too. It's awful to be sick.

No more co-ops
all of your shots are beautiful Victor
Ogon is so bright, I need sunglasses! lol
Thank you, ladies.
Victor ~ I love the Artemisia stelleriana photo. It looks like a beautiful backdrop, don't you think?
Thanks, Candyce. Yes it does.
Hope Hank is better, Louise! Nice photos--those albino squirrels are something! Nothing bright & blooming here except for a few dandelions! Someone asked about last year's frost--ours was very late--Oct. 28th--much earlier this year---very chilly fall. Yesterday I hiked on the old road cut off by the dam---hadn't been there in several years, but noticed more foliage--probably protected by the dam. I was looking for kinglets, but no birds at all.
I love seeing your photos, and I am saving so many of them. Thanks for a glimpse into your world.
Hi Sharon! Thanks. Looks like fall for you too! Glad to see you posting here. Please don't be a stranger!
Bev,
I had a group to enter and got so busy with other things, think I will just save them for later. Good intentions, you know. Yours are always great.
Hi Victor....nice to see you too. It has been a busy time, with books and writing and galleries and other things that moved into my DG time. I am not a stranger because I checked in on you from time to time, had to have my NE fix, you know. Y'all are lookin' good up there. I still have green on my silly maples that will finally decide to shed probably around the first of January. It's been known to happen.
