I am hanging my head right now. I took my advise to BJ and went back to bed, for some reason just couldn't function. Tired I guess! What a chatty bunch you all have been since moving. BTW, better get my sofa in---I will need a place to sit you know.

Tater soup, now I am hungry. Was going to fix porkchops but not sure after all the above. Yeap, mine is like BJ's and Trisha's. Yummy and the best when you don't feel very good. Oysters? Bring them on!!!! Love them in dressing, stews, on the half shell, steamed, baked, fried---every way but raw. After being warned so many years about eating them raw down here I gave that up. Needs good horseradish and crackers too.

Oh Debra, so happy you like the flutterby kits. Happy Birthday early. If I could have doggies, I would take Woody but he would just be to dangerous with the lake and alligators. That would really uset me.

Another ingredient I like in potatoe soup is chipped up fried bacon. Yummy!

Oh yes, Marion, can't forget the horseradish and hot sauce with my oysters!

Judy, I bought egg noodles today. Forgot the recipe. Can you type it here for me?

i grate my own horseradish.
i'm making meatloaf and baked sweet taters

Yepper, Deborah I do:

3 cans of drained tuna/w water flaked apart.
1 can of peas/drained
Cook your noodles drain
mix well with egg beater 2 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of milk

you can layer it all pretty or you can mix it all up, lol I mix it all up.
Top it with crush chips if you like or greated cheese.
Cover and bake in oven 325 for about an hour...will be bubbly.
...LOL, or you can tell its done by the smell!! Let stand for about 10 15 minutes
to thicken and whalla Tuna casserole, ENJOY!

Well, I just got Don off on another of his journeys... so, I guess I'm making Potato Soup for ONE tonight.

Potatoe Soup.....one of Ricks favorites, his way though taters and milk,salt & pepper to taste, that's it.

I made a pot of pinto beans and hamhocks, and I'm going to make the Beer Rolls, (recipe from Debra that was in my box) for dinner.

Debra, that apple fabric that you put on the towels and box,I'm going to get some, I've decided that I'm going to make me new curtains for the kitchen and paint my kitchen RED....I look at that print everytime I go to Wal-Mart.

Yes, Judy... there are a lot of different kinds of peas... there's black eyed peas, and there's field peas, and there's lots of other kinds... but I'll use the English Peas like you said...

Seed i was with ya too the only other kinda pea to me is frozen ewwwwwwwwwww dont even try to feed me a frozen pea. I like baby peas. I know there are black eyed peas, I love them.

oh my goodness he was given a dictionary for children and he WANTS me to read it to him EVERY night page for page, it has 191 pages and it is called fun with words .................. THEN there is this other book named My Treasured tales that has 253 pages, he gets 3 books a night read to him. WE HAVE TO STOP that with the 3 books tho. Gonna have to make it 3 stories.

YUP... or you'll be up all night long with that 253 pages... you'll still be reading after he falls asleep... LOL

Reminds me of my youngest son, more questions than I had answers for. When I got tired of answering, I used to tell him "because God made it that way".... then one day when he did something wrong, I asked him "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?", and his answer was "cause God made me do it".... I was very very careful how I answered his questions after that...

Soup's done... but it's tooooo hot to eat yet... letting it cool just a bit... but it sure is goooood.
