vegetables you can eat raw in your meals if you like to know
HADI,
Here is an edited version of your post, with some suggest corrections to your English writing.
There are vegetables that are eaten raw within meals in some countries. Some of them are used as herbs, and some of them are used for their flavor and good smell. Just make sure you clean the soil from them, and cut away any bad parts (their wastes). After washing, you can eat them raw in your food. For breakfast, you can eat these vegetables with pieces of cucumber, tomato, and cheese. It's fantastic! For dinner and lunch they are delicious when eaten with rice. And so ... the vegetables which can be eaten raw:
1-leeks
2-parsley
3-corriander
4-tarragon
5-oregano?
6-basil
7-radish
8-cress
9-spearmint
10-spring onion (up to here are the fixed ones)
This combination smells so good (if they are made naturally) and helps to increase your appetite.
(This is the first time I have used this site. I did so in order to improve my English. One friend suggested that I "write about vegetables." Thanks to that friend, I wrote this. I hope it will be useful. If I made any mistakes with my English writing, I would be grateful to know where. There will be more threads!
Thanks! And good gardening
~Hadi
