I need to know if I can plant this bush in the Zone 9b. It shows up to Zone 8, but has anyone tried my zone?

Burning Bush - Dwarf (EUONYMUS alatus) - Zone 9b?
It should be fine for you, your zone 9 has cool non-humid summers, not the typical hot humid zone 9 that people are thinking of when they write the plant tags.
I hadn't seen the other thread about the color, all I saw was this one asking if it'll grow here and it will. I don't know on the color--I don't have any myself and I haven't paid close enough attention to the ones I've seen.
