It looks fabulous! Very healthy. If it is warm enough in summer (30-35C) you should have no problems. All of those palms are hardy to at least -5C, so if it stays warmer than that they should be fine in winter aswell.
If it is only 10 - 15 leaves, it may be that they are just "old" and are being replaced by the baby leaves that you showed in another photo.
