I have two ounces of California Wildflower seeds from Theodore Payne Native Plant Nursery. The instructions say to plant sparingly and if possible use fine dry sand to sow the seeds. I guess I did it wrong last year because the plants were too close together (even though I used sand) and looked like weeds. Does anyone have any suggestions how much sand I would need to plant the seeds three inches apart on average? I will probably sow them in early November.
Thanks,
Chuck
