Cauliflower looks yellow

I was very impressed with myself finding one of my cauiflowers was a nice white colour
as it should be (Ive never grown them b4),then a few days later noticed it had a
yellow tinge to it.Again today it seems even more yellow.
Is it sunburnt??
What have I done to my cauliflower?The other cauiflower is smaller and whiter.

Two things. 1. If cauliflower is grown in high intensity sunlight, the heads must be tied up to keep a nice white color. Even the self blanching types types have to be tied up here because the sunlight is too intense. 2. You may have left the head too long. Cauliflower has a short harvest window,
