Recently, I planted several dozen impatien plants in my front yard. After several weeks, they started losing their leaves and are now just a bunch of bare stems sticking up out of the ground -- no leaves, no flowers. Is something eating the leaves or is there a bug or fungus to blame? I've been using impatiens for years and have never had this problem before.
What is eating my impatiens?
Are the missing leaves lying around on the ground or are they completely gone? If they're competely gone then somebody's eating them, could be slugs/snails although there may be other possibilities too. If the leaves are lying around on the ground then it's more likely something like a watering issue.
