The edible chysanthemum is quite popular in the orient. among Asian seed vendors, Evergreen sell 5 different cultivars in the US and Kitazawa sells three. Don't care for them myself, but Asian vegetables are becoming more popular in this country. There are even forums for Asian vegetables
taste and smell, it is the same thing. There are many things that you have never tasted before, that doesn't mean that they can't be tasty.
I must disagree with taste and smell being the same thing but to each his own. Good luck with your endeavors.
