Thanks nanny! As you can tell I'm very happy! Shortly after the Kinglet left this guy came in and broke up the party. He originally came barreling through the yard and flew into the stand of trees in my neighbors yard (you can see them in the background here). I went over to the fence and scanned the trees with my lens looking for him to no avail but he was there.Just as a few birds (cardinals and House Finch) came into the trumpet vine on the trellis he made his move but couldn't get anyone.

I got a bad shot of a Red-shouldred Hawk today...there were 2 of them but the pics of the second one was totally no good.

Look at all these great "new" birds! I never see many of these, so this is such a treat. Warbler, kinglet, flicker (though I have seen it twice here...in 5 yrs), and those hawk pictures....I love you guys! :)
