Can someone tell me where to find the seeds on the Lantanas? I found something I thought was seeds at the center of the flower bunch. They were dried out and black. But the plant also has black fruit looking things. Are those the seeds?
Lantana seeds
Yes, the black fruit looking things are the seeds. I think once they've turned black that means they're ripe but hopefully someone else can confirm.
Yep, when they turn black they are ripe, the seeds are inside the "berries"
let the berry dry out & the seed is brown & hard, let that dry for another 2 weeks or so...
Soak seed overnight in water then lightly cover the seed. soil temp 70-75FV & takes 40-60 days to germinate & then 12 weeks to be large enough to set out
