What kinds are being brought? I would hate to duplicate it.

Melva, I thought I counted seven on desserts. I am planning to bring a pan of brownies. (It's going to be a busy week with two RU's and my kids, who moved to PA this summer, coming for a visit in between.)

Pat, are your kids going to be able to come to the RU with you?

The "kids" (thirty-somethings) are coming for Texas Tech football in Lubbock on the 11th and in College Station on the 18th. The move to PA was the result of a very good promotion for him, but giving up living in Lubbock, Texas, and season tickets for Tech football has been painful for them. They'll see lots of friends in Lubbock, us, and then her parents in San Antonio between the big games. My house will be filthy when they get here, but they have seen it that way before. lol

Hey, I went to Tech (many years before your kids). Loved it. The football especially was great. I can't say that I miss Lubbock itself all that much. But of course, I was out there before bottled water, which would've helped a lot!

There are seven now..but when I posted this thread, it was only six. I am going to bring a cheesecake...

I once traded someone something for a full tray of brownies at a plant swap! LOL!

Josephine, did TexasLizzy say she is coming? I thought she did (bringing asters), but haven't seen her since then.

She got sick and said would let us know if she got better, I haven't heard from her, I will ask, but by the way she was talking it doesn't look like she will.

Okay, put me down as a maybe. I started back to school this fall and have been too busy to do much of anything but school, a little part time work, kids and clean. I am actually taking a break from studying for two tests at the moment.

I really would like to get away and join you guys next week. Depends on how my week goes and if I have time to do some cleaning in the next few days. A couple weeks ago, I did get out in the garden and pot up several spring volunteers that were getting very large and they need homes. :)

That is great Stacey, it will be good to have our once a year visit. I will put you on the list.

Thanks. I don't have enough time to sit down and read the trade lists but if anyone wants coneflowers, Pink Muhly Grass, Mexican Marigold or Daylilies, just find little ol' me. Those are the things I will have several of.

That is good, I am sure you won't have trouble giving them away.
I could take one or two coneflowers and a pink muhly, check my list and see if i have something you want.
