Well, there is a new change now. They only pay back as far as 6 months. My lawyer is not going to be too happy with that. I was told they don't get paid because there is no back pay, but I still think that they will get 25% of my first check.

Cindy, if you don't already, I highly suggest you get your check sent to a bank with automatic deposit. it will be so much easier for you. Plus they usually post it to the bank, the night before.
Aslo, if they are not taking taxes out of it, make sure you do the paper work to do that, otherwise, you will have to pay taxes on it, at the end of the year, it is all reportable income till you reach legal retirement age of at least 65+. I found that out the hard way?

I didn't I thought it was cool. Some tatoo artis' are really good at putting two picture together to come up with one good looking tat. Wished I could afford to go to L.A. to have Kat Von D do a tat of my grandchildren

Here in Texas, there is a $3000.00 limit, no matter how much you get back. I used an attorney also. I'm glad I did. I tried two times myself, and failed, so I hired an attorney, it still took 1 year from then, but it finally went through. Your luck,y yours only took 6 months.

Ladies I am off for a shower, and then to pack a suitcase. I am going to San Antonio, to get my stitches out of my foot, and then for a birthday party for my Granddaughter. be good, and save me a seat. I will be back Saturday sometime.

Well, I think mine was mainly based on my hearing. They had sent me to a specialiest and she said that I have Meniere's Disease, and will lose my hearing completely someday in the future. I hope it's far away future like when I'm 80.

Don't forget, you can always upgrade your disability, over time as things get worse. Just go back in and ask to do the paperwork, and or hearing.

Woody and Holli showed up at 9:30 last night. Happy as two little larks and soaking wet. Hope they enjoyed their little 'adventure'. Holli is on restriction.

Morgan got here at 8:00am and is already working. I'm slow to get started this am. Just finished breakfast and need to get dressed but had to stop by for a cup of coffee with sistahs first.

I was talking about the logo for us a shirt idea. However, we could use it for a center medallion of a lap quilt! Clever Tink, hadn't thought about that yet.

Looking forward to your pictures of the yard work. Going to try to get some done here today. That is after I put some things out to be hauled away--apparently son is going to make a run to the landfill and is stopping by to pick up. Wahoo!!

Marion, they do have a pool! well, a pond. Problem is that our 12 acres isn't big enough for Woody. His range is up to a mile away now. He loves to run the creeks and everyone out here also has a pond. Unfortunately, Holli went with him yesterday. She knows better. She can easily be fenced in and if she doesn't behave herself she will be fenced 100% of the time and not be allowed out to play while we are working in the yard, etc. Off to play in the dirt ....

Not sure which thread but I think it was Linda Kay who suggested we needed a logo for our group. Several ideas have been "kicked" around and I thought your suggestion was one of them. LOL

Tink, you did make suggestions--but you thought it was the quilt? ROFLOL Can't say we aren't sharp here!!!

Debra, I understand. We used to have a beagle that was hard to keep in--let her out to be with us and in a wink of an eye she was gone--to many deer back of our house in Gainesville. My son's lab is started to give him problems with digging under the fence.
