Canadian Gnome Travels: Welcome to Calgary
How does a wee gnome stand tall in the plains of Manitoba and Sask? Do you fill their boots with mud?
Great photos of Lougheed House Carol. I still haven't been there, can you believe it?? I will, I will. LOL.
Sheesh - yous guys didn't put a link in the previous thread over to hear and I just found you. I was watching the other one, but have been busy enough that I've not been to DG with enough time to just brouse.
Now I've got to go back and catch up on what the lads have been up to.
Ann
Sorry Ann....guess that's my fault. It's on there now.
joannabanana - great gardens. It's easy to see that the boys were happy visiting there. And they also enjoyed Grow_Jo's gardens and orchids. fancyvan - who's the friend that joined them at your house? So glad all your furry friends got to meet them too. And I enjoyed the pics of your garden and some sight seeing.
Sandy - we'll be thinking of winter activities by the time the lads visit us, I think. Skating on the canal, snowshoeing, etc.
I look forward to seeing the northern Calgary garden.
Ann
Ann not sure what friend you mean ? They didnt meet anybody that I can recall - just the furry ones. Oh maybe you mean Happy? He was added in Vancouver I think.
They are sitting on the front doorstep waiting for Susan to pick them up.
The 2nd gnome - first seen in this pic http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=5599676
If he was added in Vancouver, where is he in most of the previous pics? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

I guess nobody else included him! Poor guy!
I thought that since the original gnome was fixed in Edmonton, that we were to use it. My mistake. I guess I should pay more attention to the details. Sorry for the oversight
I'll pick the boys up tonight, on the way home from work (Did I just admit to reading DG at work? oooooooooooops - well, it IS my lunchtime lol)
Seems to me that if there are 3 now, the more the merrier. :-)
Well I couldnt leave him sitting in the box all by his lonesome when the others were out and about now could I?
WHOA .. 2 become three .. a TRIO of Trouble :-) Will have to ensure I have enough pillows in the guest room to accomodate ALL the boys :-)

It's our 10/10/10 year - Tenth month / tenth day / tenth anniversary, and we've been getting ready & I'm a little nervous about getting everything perfect for Friday night.
