this is funny because this plant is hanging right next to a feeder and the HB wanted no part of the feeder.

That's "texas sage." though I always called it "Lady Red." It has always been one of my favorites as we used to get it at a garden center where I worked 18 years ago! These were winter sown from seeds from a DG trade. I am saving LOTS of seeds if you want.

Aw, thanks dave. I'm really having some focusing issues with this new lens (mostly just on birds). I have to figure out if there is a way to force focus. So much for the 11 focus points!

I had a hard time to see them before I cropped them. LOL on Hummers eyes

Yesterday afternoon...this juvie loves the little fake tree at the back feeder. I think he might be Ed's offspring...sure acts like him!!
