I've been weeding like crazy this morning, and noticed tons of orange ladybugs. Are these pests?? or just a type of ladybug, because I do have alot of red ones as well.

BJ, I think you did have ladybugs, I remember reading somewhere that ladybugs come in many different shades and spot/non-spot colors. (I wish I could remember where I read it)
I think the orange ones are asian ladybugs or the "stay at home" type that are sold as beneficial pest control.
The lady bugs around here are turning viscious and are now trying to eat us humans.
