Does this annual seed?

I planted this in late spring and it was just white, now as you see it also has purple flowers...Well do they go to seed that are collectable?

Leave the flower heads on until they turn brown and then remove them and let them dry out a little. You can place the heads in a paper sack and collect the seeds later. You will need seeds from both of your Verbenas to get two different colors.

Hi! This is my first-ever post, but I had to thank Ibrabec for the comment. I have gardened for a long time but this is the first year I've had Verbenas and boy do I love them, so I do plan to save the seeds for next year! I want to have them in every color next summer. Also, I sent off for a Passion Vine this spring and two days ago I had my first flower (and probably the only one this year, since it's so late now). I took a picture and am just enthralled with how exotic it is. Wow!

I would love to see your picture!! Verbenas are beautiful, but in my part of the country they are so inexpensive to buy in a 6 pack that I don't normally worry about saving seed.
