Whiteside County, IL(Zone 5a)

*whines* yaaaahh, but, I want them to land on my feeeeederrrrrr

Marlton, NJ

Marna, Since its migration time use a 3-1 ratio. Be sure to take down the window feeder. :-)

Whiteside County, IL(Zone 5a)

really? So, 3 cups water, 1 cup sugar. crud. I did 4:1

ha. they aren't even using the feeder near the office window any more. i put that there so I could see them while work.

K, I'll go mix some stronger.

Marlton, NJ

No stronger than that though. :-)

Dacula, GA(Zone 7b)

I haven't seen any adult males for several days. The guard hummer is now a female (at least I don't see any neck spots like on an immature male.)

Cute beclu, funny they'll share with a butterfly and not it's own kind.
Seen a hummer trying to catch a fly yesterday. He almost had it. When he saw me, it distracted him and it got away. I don't remember if it was female or male.

Putnam County, IN(Zone 5b)

These are still shots from Tuesday...so behind! Well I still have mature males and did last year until Oct.

Putnam County, IN(Zone 5b)

Nope that's not Ed.

Marlton, NJ

Nice shots Becky and nanny! I haven't had a female here for a long time. Well at least not at the feeders.

Yes :-)

It may just be that any females can't get near the feeder area because of the males fighting over it. They might be enjoying one of the trumpetvines.

This isn't real sharp but I like it anyway.
