the count of DGers coming that I have by posts so far is 18 not counting family members of guests.
the cost for the pavilion is $50 so if everyone ...meaning DGers would kindly bring $3 to give towards the pavilion cost that would take care of it.

I have added all of my family coming as going in on the BBQ also. So we now have 20 saying they want to go in on it. I am believing we need to get 10 lbs, for 40-45 people.
That is $100 so it will be $5 each for those chipping in. That is if we all agree we want to buy BBQ for everyone, because the others will be bringing the other things to go with it and the plates & utensils & such. If this is not ok with everyone let me know and we will work out how to do this...
We now have 22 going in on BBQ, which puts us at $4.50 each going in on BBQ and will buy enough BBQ for others who are bringing other stuff... I do not have a headcount of all attending including guests, but I am estimating 40 to 45...

Hello all! One last reminder about door prizes. You can choose to bring one or not but you must bring one to get one. Crafts, gift baskets, seed baskets, bath goods, homemade foods, anything nice is acceptable, you don't have to spend alot. Just make it something nice that you would enjoy receiving. We will take a moment after lunch and gather together to pass them out. Can't wait to see you all! Karen

Yardqueen, my daughter said she would like to come so there is another. I'm glad. She and her husband just bought their first home after having their first baby in Jan. She is starting to get an interest in gardening now that they have a cute bungalow in the historic section of Palestine. They want a really nice yard. So I'm sure she will have questions for the master gardeners that you all are.

My DD#2 and her DH are not coming after all... so removing them we are down to 27 going in on BBQ. It will be around $3.50 each. I will get 10 lbs which should be enough for not only all going in on it but for those who are bringing a lot of other stuff to go with it.
Does that sound good? If not let me know and we will adjust whatever way we need to
