"Runnels" on my beans

Houston, TX

I have four containers of pole beans that I am growing, and they are doing pretty nicely except for one thing - they look like they have had a single layer of 'skin' taken off of some of the leaves, in 'runnels'.

Most of the plants are healthy, hale, hearty, and growing at an astronomical rate. However, some of the leaves are a smidge less green, and have what looks like a really tiny snail decided to stagger across them. It makes the leaves have little areas that are slightly less green than the normal leaf colors, with these wiggly lines on them. The plants themselves don't seem to be suffering, but I don't know what's going on or if they will get worse.

Other than the 'runnels', the beans are starting to grab the hangers that they are on, so they don't seem to be hurting too badly. I'm probably just being paranoid, but I'm hoping that if it's something you guys can ID, you will.

Thank you, in advance for your help.

I have those show up on my beans and they never hurt them so I don't waste time or money treating it. If your beans don't have sign of a major infestation, I wouldn't worry about it.

Cool! Other than that, the beans are looking amazingly healthy and happy. I was just afraid that they were the percussor to something vile and wanted to get rid of it before it became an issue.

Thank you!

Well, rats.

The beans seem to be going yellow, have somewhat cut back on their marvelous growth, and are getting 'rusty' leaves. I'm hoping that the yellow is because we've had a metric ton of rain here lately, but the rust is getting old already. I've had to pinch back a few of my leaves because they looked just plain awful.

What's weird is that the entire plant is yellowing out, for all the beans. Very strange.

Stranger still is that my lawn is yellowing out a bit too. Hence my thought that they are not happy because we've been enjoying some monsoons lately. Here's hoping that a dry spell kicks in for a couple of days and the beans green up again.
