We have lived in our house for almost 2 years and I have never seen these plants that are growing.
We have about 4 of them, they grow really fast too!
Is it a weed or some kind of tree?

No, doesn't look like privet to me. It's in one of the pea families, although that doesn't narrow it down a ton! My thought after the first picture was a Vicia (most of the ones here in CA are weeds) but they're usually more viney/groundcovery and this looks kind of shrubby in some of the subsequent pics. You might try posting in the Plant ID forum instead of here, someone over there is bound to recognize it.
