It's a Dahlia, but I'm not sure of the variety.

Do you remember planting the bulb in late spring? There's also a chance in your warm climate that it overwintered from last year.

It's beautiful!

Thanks I almost pulled it up tought it was a weed til the blooms showed up about a week ago.
