Roses not blooming

I have a black rose bush. This bush has not bloomed in 3 years. I moved the bush so that it would get more sun. I also moved 3 other bushes in the same area. The other 3 are blooming but the black rose still is not. What can I do to make it bloom again?

When did you move it? If you transplanted it this year or even last year, it may need time to get settled in its new location. Some plants take a little longer to get settled than others depending on how healthy they are to begin with, how much of their roots came with them when you moved them, etc.
