My "Goldengal" purple leaf plant has brown crunchy ends on it. It is not in a very bright spot and has been this way since I moved to a new office. Any ideas?
plant is sick
Without seeing the plant itself, I can guess that perhaps the humidity is too low in your new office.
Sometimes over fertilization can cause this. It is hard to tell though.

Are you over or overwatering it? Odds are it's a light or watering situation that makes it unhappy. A plant inside like that needs very little fertilizer and very seldom. Fertilizer burn can't be ruled out based on what you've said.
