I have a plant growing in my garden that slightly resembles a tomato plant but has tie dye patterned leaves, no flowers and after about a month and half is approx 9in tall. I actually have 4 of them and they do not resemble any weeds that I have in any open area around my house. The plant does not look native to the high desert of Nevada. Can anyone help me or know of any resource that may be able to help. Thanks!!!!
Help identifing
Any chance that they are tomato plants (volunteers) with mosaic disease on the leaves? 9 inches would be the expected rate of growth on a tomato plant seedling. If you don't think this is the case, you could post a picture here and on the plant ID forum and I can just about guarantee you will get an answer in no time. There are some very knowledgable people out there.

If it looks like a tomato plant it will probably in the Solanum family. To identify it, a picture is needed! With a flower, if possible. However, be careful: this plant is likely to be poisonous!
