MGH,

Try posting in the hummer and butterfly forum. They might know. I looked through my caterpillar guide and didn't see it, but my guide is for caterpillars of the Eastern US. What plant was it on?

I was told it is a tabacco budworm.....which turns into a moth. :o( My DS was very disappointed.
