I have quite of few of these nasty things in the back yard and they are very hard to get rid of? What should I use to get rid of it? I'm in College Station, Texas. Thanks for your help!

You'll have to post a bigger (higher resolution) picture before anyone will be able to ID it. And while you're at it, you may want to post it on the Plant ID forum.
