Potato question

I am trying to find out when I am supposed to dig these up, but cant find any information. This is my first year gardening...I appreciate all the help I have received here.

I can't resist, and don't wait until the plants die back.... anytime after the plant blooms, or after the 15th of July I dig for baby potatoes. (mine are planted the long weekend in May)

We've been eating them from the garden for a week now..... It is a tradeoff, there's nothing like the small new spuds from the garden.....but if you do wait, they're larger......

steamed new 'taters, with a bit of butter and fresh black pepper....
