Can you transplant old wallflowers from one part of a garden to another part? If so, how would you go about this? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I don't know if you can or not, but I tried to transplant mine last year after the bloom went away, and they did not return this year. So I can't tell you what to do, but I can tell you not to do that!
