Can someone help me ID a plant without a photo..... I know, that's not easy, but.....my SIL's granddaughter brought her a plant and it didn't have a plant tag in it.....she don't know where to plant it (shade/sun) or how to care for it so I thought I'd try and help.....I pretty sure it's an annual.....I think it will only get to 1-1/2 - 2 ft high when it's fully grown and it's flowers look like upside down feather dusters (each 5"-6" tall) ....it's color is a variation of fushiaor burgundy (if I'm remembering correctly). I used to know the name of it years ago, but it's been so long ago.

It's not a fushia, I have one of those......thanks anyway tho......

I guess I should have said it looked like a small feather duster that you are holding upright........
