I am new to growing this and am seeking more information. The only thing the instructions said was pick when the size of a banana. Is that at the eating stage? The flowers at the bottom of the vine have not produced, but 3 on the top are growing quickly. Thank you in advance for any help.
climbing okra
Climbing, Vine, Chinese okra is the sponge gourd. They were once popular in the south for eating in the immature stage. Banana size may be a little large. I would start with smaller ones and work up to find the best size for your needs.
