**SWEET INTERRUPTION** 3

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

We do have a wise Architect, don't we?
Couldn't sleep, so decided to post a few pics from the garden taken this morning before the trip.
Hopefully these will be a good start to a beautiful Sunday for my sistas.

Morning... oh, my what beautiful gardens you must have right now... you must be really anxious to get up and walk through your gardens every morning with a show like that. I have blooms, but not that much variety... most of my "blooming" plants are still so new... maybe next year... I'm so envious of your dahlia... I've tried and tried to grow dahlias, and just never have much luck with them. I get a lot of stem and lots of leaves that lay down across my bed and grow side ways... crowding everything else, but only a few blooms that don't last long... I just gave up.
Well, thought the fairies would come last night and clean up the mess on my desk... and maybe blow on the stuff I'm waiting to dry... but (sigh) not a chance... still not dry, and still too wet to touch... so, I'm still kinda crowded here. Guess I'll have to find another spot to work today... got more things to do for some swaps...
Hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday...

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

Mornin' BJ! I have stuff all over my table and ironing board! Had to clean off the ironing board to press my quilt block! I finished it, but it's to small, so it's off to the drawing board again!
Already HOT here!

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

LOL guys, my work table is groaning! Especially since I have to keep pushing everything back from the edge so Zeke can't reach it. I have a pretty big craft table, but the front half of it is bare while everything is crammed to the back LOL. Zeke just loves glue!!!!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

Oh my, Zeke + Glue = one messy kid... I remember when mine were that age... sheesh.

Well, I got wet sticky stuff on my fingers and then typed on the keyboard... so now my fingers are sticking when I type... yuck... this has been one really messy project... gonna take me days to clean up what took me one afternoon to mess up.

I think I'll do some plantings in my fairy garden today and try to be patient on this drying process... hope it's dry by Monday though, cause I want to get it in the mail.

Plano, TX

i've got stuff drying in the bath tub! lucky for me i shower more than use the tub!
everyone has such pretty blooms to show! thanks for posting them
sticky fingers makes me think of the cheetos my son brought over--a new flavor they are called flaming hot or something like that-anyhow the good news is they are so hot you can't eat as many as the regular ones--bad news is they are just as messy and not very good to eat at the keyboard!!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

LOL... Linda... I eat at the key board all the time... and have to clean the keys regularly... I keep a canister of wet wipes handy... it does get messy.

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

Oooh those are favorite at my house. Even the little guy likes them. The good thing about them is there is no way for the kids to sneak them LOL ornge fingers and grins give them away!!

Plano, TX

did you try the flaming hot ones?

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

Oh yeah thats the only ones my kids will eat. Zeke is so funny he will eat one, pant and go "Dink Dink!" (drink drink) then ask for more! We eat a lot of spicy food though, we are both from Louisiana, so cayenne is a staple around here. Gonna have to get the boy asbestos diapers LOL

Plano, TX

i just can't imaging a little guy in diapers eating something that hot!! and liking it!! asbestos diapers! good one!

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

Reminds me of that old Cheech and Chong Routine..."Come on Ice Cream" ROFL!!!

(Marion) Havana, FL(Zone 8b)

Okay how can I type when I am laughing so hard I can hardly see the monitor!! Abestos diapers? Orange fingers, glue, messy Bj. Just what kind of a group do we really have here? Oh please don't answer that!!! LOL More power to the Zekester if he can eat hot stuff!! Not at this household--would be dinking, dinking and dinking--even the hard stuff and you know I can't do that!!

Well I don't feel so bad now about our kitchen table. Spots just big enough to put the plate down to eat--rest crafty things. Guess I really need to concentrate on getting the "dungeon" done so I can move it all down there, go in, lock the door and play 'til my hearts content!!!!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

Oh, Marion... hurry and get that craft room finished... it's gonna be wonderful.

Plano, TX

oh we are a crafty group are we not! love the image of marion sitting at a little cleared spot at the table surrounded by her work! am picturing her needing a smaller plate as the space gets smaller! pretty soon eating off a little fairy plate!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

LOL LINDA... what an image... then after that... she'll be pulling up an apple crate sit on while she uses the chair as a table.

Plano, TX

love it!! then she ends up on dr phill for not having room in her house for anything but crafts!! instead of a pack rat she is a craft rat!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

OH MY... HURRY Marion... we do not want to see you on Dr Phil... ok?

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

LOL confessions of a craft addict today at 2!!!!!

Plano, TX

we might end up getting dr phill rath for being enablers!!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

I'm thinking that if she goes on Dr Phil, she would probably just talk everyone into joining DG instead of being cured... heck, even Dr Phil would probably end up in one of our swaps.

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

Oh no!! not that!!! I am having too much fun to be analyzed LOL!!!

(Marion) Havana, FL(Zone 8b)

Did you have a peak at the television schedule for the week? Hey, he could do worse than join us--we might solve his problems--think about it!! Didn't go to medical school, wife divorcing him--Yeap, we just might be his salvation. Meant in a nice way ladies....

Linda 1 do you have eyes that see everywhere? How did you know I had already gone to a fairy plate? Nothing is scared with you gals. LOL No way, apple crate is in use for something else--sorry BJ, you will have to try harder.

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

No, JoJo... he's be one of us... enabled himself.. Marion can be quite convincing.

Joey in Conroe, TX(Zone 8b)

Only if he wears a red hat will I be convinced! LMBO at that picture!!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

Well, then... you'll just have to go get DGD little picnic table from her house to use for a table...

Plano, TX

ok--so instead the show is how dr phill cleans up his own life after joining dave's garden! meanwhile poor marion has to have 25 meals a day because that tiny plate only holds so much food!!

(Marion) Havana, FL(Zone 8b)

Have that on the lower deck ----full!! Did I ever tell you my middle name? LOL

(Marion) Havana, FL(Zone 8b)

More than dear one!!! Takes a lots to be fairy fluffy!!!!!

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

Headlines: Dr. Phill has Bunch of Fluffy Fairies on at Three! Can These Women be Saved?
Tee hee hee!!!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Love fluffly fairies!!! Marion, you should market fluffy fairies..they'd be more cute than the svelte ones!
Oops..morning BJ ^_^ Some dahlias need staking. I have a couple that I planted along giant EEs and last year, they draped on their leaves. This year, I let them fall on the ground! Those dahlias, I never had to dig them up, instead, just heavily mulch them. Good thing is Lowe's and WM carry a good variety.

It's not Dr. Phil who needs salvation..........it's his wife Robyn. She truly needs DG therapy.
Poor woman, thinking the sun revolves around him and let him fused his personality on her. Now she's trying to claim her own identity.
Dr. Phil is a man of many hats..he'll survive. But Robyn will have emotional scarrings, though she puts on a brave front.

Zekeimaster the hotster...Jojo, oh to spend a day with you...then I might need some of Audrey's Bailey's later to survive it? Lolol!

Yes to anything hot. My latest 'discovery' is dipping garlic bread in a chinese hot sauce, you know the crushed dried chillies fried in oil? Talk about good!!

Linda, I don't qualify as crafty! I'm still at stage -1!!! That's below amateur!! Today I'll try again and boy don't I need those fairies to help me!!

(Marion) Havana, FL(Zone 8b)

Oh you are way to modest Jaye!!!! Only Betty is the master!!! I dabble and enjoy but certainly learn every day when I work on something. Not always a good lesson either. Yikes the horror stories I could tell--another bottle of Baileys (huge one) for those tales!!

Your flowers are so nice--looked nope nothing blooming yet. I am going overlload with bloom buster and see what happens. LOL

Plano, TX

oh that dr phil does have a big head! "he's so vain--i bet he thinks this song is about him" should have been written about him!
yes--too modest jaye! i agree
we can't use betty as our gage--much too advanced! we can use her as our person to just ooh and ah over!
