Full PDD bloom. Disappointed that my one from last year is about 28 inches high and starting to flop.

I love Autumn Fern. I have one by my mailbox. I hope it multiplies quickly, cause I would love to move it all over.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

I love the texture you captured in the JPW pic Victor. My PDD is just a little guy no blooms yet. I thought they were supposed to stay on the short side. Maybe its all the rain we have had lately has made it grow so big. Year three you should get a real gage on how it will behave, or not. I hope the flopping thing is not the norm.

Brockton, MA(Zone 6a)

I can't keep up, lol.
I like that Clematis fence, Dawnll.
Hey, Thom. This is a new DL from seed. I know how you are not a 'big honking fan' of red but this is really deep against the bright yellow center. It's a keeper for the front as it's short.

Ngam - I put the PDD where I did because of the reported short height, so I hope this is not normal. Anyone ever cut them back a bit early on?? And I can't stand anything that flops. My large cones usually stay up.

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

is this a black eye susan??? I planted seeds last year and they grew but didn't bloom until now... really pretty... I love it...

Eureka, a strong eyed salmon DL from seed. Oddly, I moved a similar one to it's permanent spot this spring.
Also short, hmmm.... You can see the red one in the background.
Three new, all keepers so far. More to come.

Kassia, it looks like a fancy Black Eyed Susan. Cool.

these were planted last year - also from seeds... I am encouraged to plant more seeds... since I am not in a hurry anymore to have everything grow quick! I this way I can actually plan where they are going to be planted.... still time right???
