I need to move my bog gardens, have horsetail, waterwillow, water iris, etc. Does anyone have experience with putting this kind of garden in almost total shade? Also any site or book that can be recommended will be appreciated.

Marcia, there are lots of bog plants that will do very well in shade. I don't know if your sun-lovers will take too kindly to full shade, though. I bet you'd be able to exchange yours for some shade lovers if you offer them for trade.
I have a book titled "The Natural Water Garden: Pools, Ponds, Marshes and Bogs for Backyards Everywhere", produced by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. I picked it up online from Barnes&Noble or Amazon for a few bucks, and it has plant suggestions for different areas of the country, and different environments; it might be worth checking out to give you some ideas of plants to consider for your new setting.
