Where do you buy your seeds, bulbs?

I know many experienced gardeners harvest/trade their seeds. However, I am a newbie and have none! :) Where is a good place to buy seeds and/or bulbs online or at a retailer (available in Northern Virginia) that are a good price and have good growth success? Do you use a particular brand of seed/bulb? I am going to start planting my annuals for spring from seed, and I am also going to plant bulbs in the fall and would like to know what type of seedsbulbs are proven successful, but at a good price.

I buy and grow many different bulbs, plants and seeds from all areas of the world, wherever I find an outlet for seeds/bulbs or plants, they act like a magnet to me, I'm just a plain old plant-o- holic I guess, someone from your area will come into the forum and advise you better than I can as I am in UK, we get bulbs sent from Holland, USA, France
Singapore etc, and most are good but only when they first come into the stores/outlets, if left on the shelf for too long, you are taking a big chance as the bulbs are lifted and transported fast, but they dont do well if out the ground for too long. good luck and happy gardening, you will love watching all the thing growing.
