I don't have the id on this...maybe stargazer?
July flower pictures.
The 2 Lowes close to me have poor plant selections - just the basics and then they never look very healthy.
Just back from a week gardening in FL and am now getting used to the MD plants again. I need to go take pics of my birdhouse gourds. I have at least 6 large ones and I didn't see them a week ago!!! Still hundreds of blossoms.
nice blooms ladyG :)))
what kind of exposure are your datura's in? I started some from seed and they are still really small :(
The yellow daturas germinated in March, I potted them up in large flower pots and they are in Sun most of the day.
The purple ones germinated very late, like last month, they are still seedlings, I have not done anything with them yet. I have seeds left for next year might start them very early this winter.
Link to the rest of my flowers :-)

I've been buried in work - barely have time to pour some water on them and get a quick picture here and there - but, at least today I had time to upload a bunch of pics online :-)
Bec -- they are so pretty!
Qwilter, looks like you'll be making a lot of birdhouses :)
Becky, pretty pics - gotta know, which Hydrangea is that? Those blooms are gorgeous!
Chris, I am so envious of your Datura - I never got my seeds planted :(
All above plants are gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!! Thanks for sharing.
Ruby
Fantastic pictures everyone!
Chantell, love those birdhouse gourds! You're going to be very busy making birdhouses out of them. Hope you'll bring some of the finished ones to swaps, because I would definitely be interested in one! (hint, hint....GRIN)! Do you plan to decorate them or leave them naturally?
Here is a beautiful flowering Double Purple Datura that I swapped for this past Spring. (Thank you, thank you, Gita!)
Not sure on the Hydrangea - it WAS pink - somehow I managed to change it to blue :-)
O/T... but our Chantell could use a hug & a prayer... please see http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/879975/. Thanks.
Thanks for letting us know, Critter. Chantell, I wish there was something we could say or do that makes this less painful.
I was just thinking of you Shirley1md :)
I planted seedlings of your salvia Victoria today; better late than never, they were blooming in the cups!!!
Chantell, we'll keep your grandmom in our prayers, sorry to hear about it.
Hi Diana (wind) waving back!
Nice pictures Shirley especially love the Double Purple Datura. I didn't get any from Gita. Kicking myself very hard now. I had gotten some seed from a neighbor that I was told were purple and white. But I hadn't seen the plants and was thinking they were the same or similar to Gita's. Boy was I wrong. This is a pretty picture but the flowers aren't really very interesting. They are much smaller than my white ones and as soon as they open they droop over and all you see is a small white/pale lav bloom that doesn't look like anything much. Won't be planting those again next year and I'll be looking for seeds from the Double Purple for next year. Did you get any of her Double Yellow? I grew those last year and collected seeds, but I have only a few of them growing this year.
Jen, I like that color of your zinnia, reminds me of orange sherbet.
Shirley, that Clematis, 'Fascination" if lovely I'll have to look that one up.
Everyone's bloom shots are great, like taken a garden tour!
Chris, Beautiful Dat, The ones I had last year really put on a great show for me. I had quite a few seedlings, but lost most of them when i moved them outside. There are only a few of the Double Yellow that made it hoping they will bloom well for me but no flowers from them yet.
This is my Multi-Blue Clematis also in the same bed.
