Can someone tell me why Scott's Grass Seed is much Darker Green than the other grass seed?

Patch stiff where you put it on where you have a spot where there is no grass. Look like papper or something like that than you water it.

Oh,That's because it's not just plain seed. It has mulch and fertilizer mixed in.
